本図鑑の利用規約と構成
利用規約
著作権の帰属
1. 日本産有藻性サンゴ類WEB図鑑 (以下、本図鑑という) に掲載されたテキスト (文章および表) の著作権は、日本造礁サンゴ分類研究会 (以下、本会という) および各稿の執筆者に帰属します。
2. 本図鑑に掲載された写真およびその他の図の著作権は、それぞれの撮影者・作図者に帰属します。
利用
1. 本図鑑は、著作権法第30条に定める私的使用のほか、第32条に定める引用による利用を前提としています。
2. 著作権法第32条に定める範囲内でテキストを引用する場合は、各ページの最下部に示した引用表示例 (Citation) を参考に、出典を明示してください (引用を想定していないページに Citation 表示はありません)。なお Citation 表示は自動で閲覧年月日を ISO 8601 形式で表示するようにしています。本図鑑の記載内容は随時更新しますので、引用されるときは閲覧年月日を明記してください。
3. 写真およびその他の図の転用等は、著作権法第32条に定める引用の範囲を逸脱しますので、ご遠慮ください。
4. 著作権法第32条の引用の範囲を超える場合、写真およびその他の図の転用等を希望される場合は、メールにてお問い合わせください。即答できない、ご希望に添えない場合もありますのでご了承ください。

1. 本会は、本図鑑に掲載する情報の正確性、客観性を保つために内部査読・校正を行い、細心の注意を払っていますが、完全なる正確性、客観性を保証するものではありません。
2. 本会は、本図鑑の利用者が本図鑑の情報を用いて行う一切の行為について、いかなる責任も負いません。

図鑑の基本構成
本図鑑で対象とするサンゴの科・属・種の数は400程度になると見込まれるため、全てについて詳細な解説を準備するには相当の時間を要する。そのため、本図鑑では通常解説版と簡易解説版の２とおりがある。通常解説版では原則として下記の解説項目を記載し、簡易解説版では、下記の多くの項目を省略している。
通常解説版の解説項目（種の場合）
- 学名とシノニムリスト
- 和名とシノニムリスト
- 和名は、特定の標本 (担名標本) に対して与えられるもので、学名に対して与えられるものではないことに注意。
- 和名提唱時に担名標本が指定されていない場合、その和名が提唱された文献に掲載された画像を和名基準標本に見立てた。
- 適切な和名がない場合、本図鑑において担名標本を明示した上で、新称和名や改称和名を提唱した。
- 写真：生時と骨格の写真を掲載。写真のキャプションの標準フォーマットは次のとおり。
図番号. 標本番号. 標本採取地点, 水深. 標本採集年月日, 標本採集・撮影者. コメント. - 形態：種を同定するための形態的特徴。
- 識別点：同定する上での類似種との識別点。
- 分布と生態：
- 対象種の分布図には、標本の採集地点を●で、観察または確実な記録地点を○で、プロットしている。正確な情報がない場合にはプロットしていない (プロットがないことは、必ずしも分布しないことを意味しない)。
- 沖縄本島に分布記録のない種が多いが、これは本研究会で沖縄島において標本採取をともなう調査行っていないことと、同定の正確さを確認できる報文が少ないことによる。
- 西平・Veron (1995) による分布情報は、情報原典の同定が正しいと判断できるもの以外は含めなかった。
- 和名の由来
- 備考：必要に応じて補足情報を記載。
- 引用文献：学術雑誌 "Coral Reefs" における引用文献の様式に準じて記載。
- 執筆者
- Citation：表示しているページを引用する際の出典の表記例。
- 更新履歴：図鑑としての内容に関する更新履歴。軽微な字句修正、レイアウト変更変更等を除く。
